Hello!

I’m Vicky

and I’m a Social Media, Partnerships & Promotions Specialist, and the Director of Lemonade Social.

I’ve got 20 years of experience working with brands to reach consumers. That means I’ve got a really good understanding of exactly how to get a brand and story noticed by the right people.

I’ve always loved observing people and how they interact with each other. I know what makes them tick.


I began my working life in retail before dipping my toe in marketing and PR. I’m really lucky to have worked with some amazing companies and brands: The Telegraph, Evening Standard and for a London-based media agency where I did film promotion for major studios like Disney, Lionsgate and Universal Pictures. I absolutely loved it. I loved developing creative ways of marketing a product to the general public. And I’m a self-confessed pop culture buff, so it was great to cut my teeth in the media and entertainment industry.

A few years ago, I added a string to my bow by graduating from a well-respected social media marketing programme. It pulled together my whole skillset: helping brands reach their audience using social media in a really fun and engaging way. There are so many exciting ways we can connect with your audience: it could be hosting a live stream, creating exclusive ‘behind the scenes’ content or working with digital influencers to generate hype around your company. I’ll figure out the best approach for you and your brand’s voice. I’ve now got a number of happy clients under my belt and I’d love for you to be one of them too!

Getting Results

I’m passionate about working with consumer-led businesses and retailers in the entertainment sector. To give you some examples of the results I’ve achieved, I recently worked with a fantastic gin brand, where I generated over £17,000 in revenue in just three months using social media; and I boosted another client’s Instagram following from 6,000 to 23,000 in 18 months.


I developed a mixture of engaging posts, competitions and influencer campaigns and retained a consistently strong engagement rate (more than 5%) which contributed to a soar in sales.

I also worked with their in-house marketing team and PR agency, managing the social media coverage of their sponsorship of the highly coveted Celebrity Dad and Celebrity Mum of the Year Awards, which were won by YouTube stars Jonathan Saccone Joly and Roxanne Hoyle (half of LadBaby) respectively. A combination of my PR expertise and social media experience means I can deliver intelligent campaigns that smash their digital marketing goals.
